Refund & Replacement Policy

At EvieSpark, we take pride in delivering high-quality collectible stickers and prints. Please review our policy below before making a purchase.


All Sales Final (with Exceptions)

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect orders made by the customer

  • Opened or used items


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description

  • Clear photos of the issue


Resolution Options

If your claim is approved, we will:

  • Send a replacement at no cost
    or

  • Issue a full refund

Lost or Missing Orders

If your order does not arrive:

  • Contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date

We’ll work with you to:

  • Replace the order
    or

  • Provide a refund if necessary


Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After that, orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled.
